The pool and atrium offer a fantastic atmosphere, but the slide wasn't consistently open, limiting our enjoyment. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the room was clean with a comfortable bed. However, the gym was quite warm, and some amenities felt overcrowded, especially during events. The Uonuma-grown rice served at breakfast was a delightful touch that added to our dining experience.

Our stay was absolutely delightful, especially with the fantastic pool facilities and a balcony that offered a lovely view, making our time feel like a mini vacation right in the heart of the city. plus, the nearby Thames Park and Crabby Joe's Tap & Grill gave us easy access to both nature and great food without having to walk far at all. It’s perfect for solo travelers like me who want to enjoy the city and relax afterward.

the best western had very comfortable beds and a clean room. the location was quiet, with easy access to the highway. the staff at the front desk were quick and friendly, which made check-in a breeze. the indoor pool and waterslide are wonderful for family fun.
